In case of custom-made work, ROODE Boards includes a limited number of revisions during the design phase to keep the design process smooth and efficient.
Please contact us as soon as possible if there’s an issue with your order, no later than 7 calendar days after receiving it.
Your order is confirmed once ROODE Boards has reviewed and accepted it. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been approved.
The prices mentioned on the Website are in euros, including Dutch VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.

All ROODE Boards products come with a 12-month warranty.
If you believe your product has a defect, please contact us within this period and include your proof of purchase. We’ll review your claim and may inspect the board to determine if the issue is covered by the warranty.
If a defect is confirmed, ROODE Boards will repair the product within a reasonable time — or, if the issue justifies it, replace the product at our discretion. Repairs usually take place at our workshop, and a period of around 30 days is generally considered reasonable once we’ve received the product.
In some cases, ROODE Boards may work with a trusted partner to carry out the repair if needed.
