- If you just want to check whether the design meets your expectations first, you can also choose to order only this custom option. Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll send you a payment link for the board after your approval.
- Think about the custom colors you want for your board. You can choose between 1 and 4 colors. This will be discussed later, so there's time to decide.
- Once your order is placed, we’ll get in touch to continue the process: We’ll ask you to share your color preferences.
- Together we’ll decide which color goes where, for both the top and bottom of the board.
- We’ll send you a digital preview by email.
- If needed, we’ll make changes and send a revised version for approval.
- Happy with the final design? we’ll ask for your confirmation.
- If you only paid for the custom color design, we’ll send you a link to complete the remaining payment.
- Once approved and paid, we start production and ship your custom board within about 10 days.
- Color accuracy is always tricky. Final colors may vary due to differences in screen displays, how our rip software processes the artwork, how our printer interprets the design, and how it looks once applied to the board. We print on a transparent layer, so the base material also affects the final result
- Boards with custom colors are made especially for you and cannot be returned, unless there’s a production defect
- The right of withdrawal only applies to products that have not been made
to specifications (custom-made work) - To keep the design process smooth and efficient, we include a limited number of revisions during the design phase
- Please note: When you choose this option and complete the checkout, you are only purchasing the customization service to adjust the design in your preferred colors (up to 4 colors). You must still add a SILICA kiteboard to your cart separately. If you purchase this customization service without ordering a board, the service cannot be used or refunded once the customization work has started.
